The One Thing You Need to Build a Failproof Business

onething1 The One Thing You Need to Build a Failproof Business follow me on pinterest button The One Thing You Need to Build a Failproof Business Interestingly enough, the ONE thing… the ONLY thing… that you need to build a failproof business is often overlooked entirely.

There are some amazing, rock solid business online and offline that have nailed it, and are thriving.

The businesses that are crumbling and struggling did not pay much attention to this element, or they were too late to the game.  Borders figured it out and implemented about 6-9 months before they went under… too late.  (and no, I’m not talking about the Nook or whatever their digital reader is called)

All of the great bloggers that you like to read are traveling the world, hacking and designing these incredible lifestyles.  Do any of them appear to be worried about whether they are going to have a business tomorrow? … or next month or next year for that matter?

Don’t be late to this game.  It doesn’t matter how new your business is or what your cash flow looks like, you cannot afford to ignore this.

The smallest of businesses with no cash who capitalize on this early on, GROW.  And ultimately, they win.

What is the ONE thing you need to build a fail proof business?  Name it in the comments below!

My Name is Jason Spencer and I Build Tribes

(I’m not going to leave you hanging on this one… I promise! I’m planning a follow up post over the weekend which will provide the answer, but I’d like to see some of my readers ideas about this before I unveil my complete thought)
